The device utilizes digital encoding technology, and it employs an XLR audio interface, allowing the transmission of audio signals, data signals, dry contact signals, and Ethernet signals over single-mode optical fiber for long-distance bidirectional communication. It can transmit signals without distortion or the need for relays for distances of up to 100 km. The audio interface features 24-bit AD/DA conversion with a sampling rate of 128 kHz, ensuring professional-grade transmission quality. It consists of both an optical transmitter and an optical receiver, which can be configured to support either 8 channels of bidirectional audio or 16 channels of unidirectional audio.
● The audio interface is XLR balanced interface, and the power supply is a high-power toroidal transformer +-18V power supply, high dynamic range;
● The data and audio interface provide a 3-level lightning protection function, and can pass the test of ITU-T K.21 (10/700 μS) common mode: 6KV impedance (40 Ω);
● Single fiber transmission and dual fiber is optional;
● It can detect whether the remote device is powered off or the fiber is broken when there is no fiber received;
● Audio adopts 24Bit AD/DA 128K sampling, studio-level transmission quality;
● Provide bidirectional asynchronous data (forward and reverse);
