This device uses 2 100M Ethernet + 2 100M optical Ethernet/4G/WiFi as the uplink port, integrates 128 AI/AODI/DO/4 RS232/422/485 can be connected to external sensors for self-polling collection, can be connected to a touch screen for local control and display, can be equipped with our company’s cloud platform to achieve remote control, any RS485 sensor data collection and can set conditional linkage fault information alarm. It has been widely used in a variety of intelligent transformation fields, such as factory distribution box monitoring, agricultural greenhouse intelligent control, smart street lighting engineering, sewage treatment, aquaculture, animal husbandry and other hundreds of industry applications, docking client server: support TCP protocol MQTT, Http and other protocols.
● The internal modular design supports a total of 128-channel dry contact analog AI/AO/DI/DO; with 4 channels as the basic unit, 128 channels of AI/AO/DI/DO can be selected at will. The first 1-8 dry contact or analog can be replaced with 1-4 RS232/422/485, and Modbus protocol can be used for remote acquisition, control, and self-polling acquisition. It can also be used as a slave to connect to the configuration screen PLC, etc.
● Supports 2 10/100M adaptive electrical Ethernet interfaces and 2 100M SFP optical Ethernet interfaces, and 4 Ethernet interfaces are in switching mode; supports automatic negotiation (Auto-Nego Full & half duplex), supports automatic cross-line detection (MDI/MDIX);
● DI supports dry contact and pulse (NPN, PNP transistor) input modes, and DO supports dry contact output and pulse output (wet contact) modes;
● Uplink can be Ethernet, 4G Cat.1, WiFi, LoRa, downlink: RS232/422/485, or LoRa wireless interface
● Wireless interface 4G/LoRa/Wifi can be selected, 4G Cat.1 is full network access, strong signal, low power consumption;
● Supports Modbus TCP, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, UDP Client, etc.;
● Complete transparent conversion from Modbus-RTU to Modbus-TCP, and read dry contact device data through the network; support communication through gateways and routers; support automatic connection recovery after network interruption;
● Support standard TCP/IP SOCKET application access, TCP supports multiple connections, meeting the needs of up to 4 users to monitor or manage dry contact devices at the same time;
● Support server linkage: can realize linkage between input and output devices , Edge algorithm: supports dry contact, analog edge linkage device output control without being affected by the network, Customized service: supports protocol customization, function customization, hardware customization service
● Support WEB network management, 4G parameters may be configured through WEB network management;, Support Windows configuration tools, SSH, Telnet and WEB and other configuration forms, support SNMP network management; Support local and remote system firmware upgrade;
● Support MQTT multi-topic subscription and publishing functions; Support MQTT transparent transmission and Modbus to JSON data packet functions, and support parsing server to send JSON and timed reporting functions respectively; Support MQTT protocol docking with multiple cloud platforms such as Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and Mobile Cloud;
