This product is an Ethernet IEEE 802.3 media converter. The device has four 100Mbps Ethernet ports, providing a wire-speed bandwidth of 100Mbps. It supports fiber optic distances of 20/40/60/80/120 kilometers. The device also includes two selectable RS232/422/485 serial ports or four DI/DO channels.
●The industrial Ethernet series is designed specifically for harsh and demanding industrial environments;
●The device provides 4 switched 100Mbps Ethernet ports, 1 100Mbps fiber optic port, and 2 optional RS232/422/485 serial interfaces or 4 digital I/O ports;
●The fiber optic interface supports multi-mode dual-fiber, single-mode dual-fiber, and single-mode single-fiber transmission modes, with SC/LC connectors available;
●It features broadcast storm protection, traffic balancing, conflict isolation, error detection, and automatic reset functions, making it suitable for high-traffic data applications such as video transmission;
●It supports VLAN ultra-long data packet transmission and can be used with switches that support the IEEE802.1Q protocol, supporting packets up to 10K bytes;
●It provides 2 RS232/485/422 interfaces, with three data interface options available, and RS232 supports 3-wire RS232. (TXD, RXD, GND)
●The RS232/485/422 channel can transmit asynchronous serial data with an adaptive baud rate from 0 to 115200 bps;
●Each channel has indicator lights forDI/DO states; automatic detection of DI/DO states,like the DO state matches the input state;
●The DI/DO state remains stable when the device is powered on or when the fiber optic cable is not connected, preventing erratic behavior;
●The DI interface has a built-in filter to eliminate interference pulses, ensuring a stable DO signal;
●The device uses an Ethernet switch chip + FPGA solution, with remote OAM management frame functionality, and can interconnect with corresponding 4U rack-mounted devices with SNMP network management; the device can be managed via SNMP software;
●Network management allows real-time viewing and management of the local and remote Ethernet interface status and settings; the device has a power-off detection function, which can detect whether the remote device is powered off or the fiber optic cable is disconnected when the optical signal is lost;
● Dual DC power supply (5.08mm terminal block):
Supports wide-range power supply of DC 9-70V or AC 7-50V, with automatic polarity detection, eliminating the need to distinguish between positive and negative terminals during installation;
Supports internal isolation and redundant dual power input; reverse connection protection;
● AC power supply (three-pin AC socket):
Supports AC 85-265V or DC 110-300V wide-range input, meeting industrial level 4 electromagnetic compatibility requirements;
