Industrial Grade 6KV Lightning Protection USB to 1 Channel High-Speed RS485+1 Channel RS232 Converter (with cable) FC2110

The basic function of this model FC-2110 is to convert USB to 1 channel 6KV lightning protection high-speed RS485 + 1 channel RS232. The working power of this product is supplied by the USB port, and no external power supply is required. It adopts unique automatic transmission and reception conversion technology without delay, plug and play suitable for all software, and has transmission and reception enable control. When in standby state without sending data, the output is high-impedance state, supporting multi-point communication.

Different from other similar cheap products on the market, this product:

● Serial port 6KV three-level lightning protection (10/700us current wave, internal resistance 40Ω),

● Gold USB built-in TVS protection (±15kV-air and ±8kV-contact),

● Full-speed USB device interface, compatible with USB v2.0.

● Emulate standard serial port, used to upgrade the original serial port peripherals, or add additional serial ports through USB.

● The RS485 communication line should be copper shielded twisted pair with a cross-sectional area of5mm or more. The maximum communication distance is 3000 meters (4800bps), 2000 meters (9600bps), and 1000 meters (115.2Kbps).

● The minimum number of RS485 group network points is 128, and the maximum number of group network points is determined by the RS485 input impedance of each site.

● 5 LED indicators: power: red light, 2*serial data receiving: orange light, 2*serial data sending: green light, convenient for monitoring status.
