A LoRa transparent transmission device with an IP40 protection level. It is a wireless relay device specially used to transmit up to 16 DI/DO AI/AO signals through LoRa. This wireless gateway uses an industrial-grade high-performance 32-bit communication processor and uses an embedded OS real-time operating system as the software support platform. It can be installed in 35mm rail-mounted and wall-mounted installations to meet the needs of different application sites.


A terminal that uses LoRa spread spectrum technology for wireless data transmission, providing users with a fully transparent data transmission mode, -139dbm high receiving sensitivity, super anti-interference ability, and adjustable transmit power

ISM 430M-490M free frequency band, no need to apply for frequency usage fees, the default is 490M, avoiding the 433M congested frequency band;

16 channels of DI/DO/AI/AO, supports up to 16 channels, every 2 channels are a unit, DI/DO/AI/AO can be configured arbitrarily, such as 4 channels DI+4 channels DO+4 channels AI+4 channels AO, or 8-channel DI+8-channel AI, each channel has indicator light status indication;

Analog input supports 12-bit resolution output, 2‰ accuracy, supports 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire sensor access; supports 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, -5V-+5V 5 An analog input signal.

Provide supporting PC-side test software to facilitate debugging, parameter configuration, and modification;

Device A detects AI/DI data and transmits it to device B through LoRa transmission. The AO/DO status of device B is consistent;

Dual DC power supply (5.08 terminal block): It can be powered by DC9-70V or AC7-55V wide range power supply. The power supply has automatic polarity detection function. There is no need to distinguish between positive and negative poles during installation; supports internal isolation, redundant dual power input; anti-reverse protection

The power supply supports overload protection; complies with industrial level four electromagnetic compatibility requirements; super lightning protection function: anti-lightning strike, resistant to induced high voltage, anti-surge, etc.;

Solution 1: 2 units LoRa devices point-to-point bidirectional DI/DO, AI/AO transceiver and mutual transmission at the same frequency

Solution 2: Any LoRa to 485 device can be used as the master station, and other LoRa devices can be used as slave stations. Custom polling can be used to collect the DI/DO and AI/AO data of each LoRa connected device in sequence.
