Overview

This industrial rail-type dry contacts server have IP40 protection grade. It is a switch network server that can immediately enable switch devices to have networking capabilities. This product supports 32 channels of DI or DO, DI supports dry contact input mode, and DO supports dry contact output and pulse output. Convert to 2*100M Ethernet ports to meet the needs of dual IP and dual MAC addresses/multiple network management or network backup, and can be installed on 35mm rail or wall.

 

The dry contact server supports multiple network protocols, such as TCP, UDP, ARP, ICMP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Telnet, SSH and other protocols; it has complete management functions, supports access control, quick configuration, online upgrade, etc.; supports 4-way TCP or UDP session connection, support Modbus TCP, TCP Server, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, UDP Client, and other working modes; support WEB access mode. In addition, the management and configuration tool based on the Windows platform is provided to realize the immediate networking of the dry contact devices through simple settings. The interface design of the network management system is friendly, and the operation is simple and convenient, which can bring you a good user experience.

 

The hardware adopts fanless, low power consumption, wide temperature and wide voltage design, and has passed strict tests in line with industry standards, and can adapt to the industrial field environment with strict requirements for EMC.

Using ARM 9 processor, main frequency 300MHz processor, running Linux OS Openwrt system;

Support 2*10/100M adaptive electrical Ethernet interface, provide dual IP and dual MAC addresses, to meet the needs of multi-network management or network backup;

Ethernet supports 10/100Base-T adaptive Ethernet interface; supports auto-negotiation (Auto-Nego Full&half duplex), supports automatic cross-line detection (MDI/MDIX);

Support a total of 32 channels of dry contact DI and DO; DI supports dry contact input mode, DO supports dry contact output and pulse output (wet contact) two modes;

Support Modbus TCP, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, UDP Client, and other working modes;

Each channel has an indicator light indicating the dry contact on and off; the input dry contact is automatically detected on and off, and what the state is input, what state is the dry contact output;

Thedry contact input interface has its own filter to filter out the interference pulse and ensure the stable output of the dry contact signal at the output terminal;

Complete the transparent conversion from Modbus-RTU to Modbus-TCP, and realize the reading of dry contact device data through the network; support gateway and cross-routing communication; support network interruption and automatic recovery connection function;

Support standard TCP/IP SOCKET application program access, TCP supports multiple connections, satisfying the simultaneous monitoring or management of dry contact devices by less than 4 users;

UDP mode supports stand-alone or multi-machine communication, satisfying multiple users to monitor or manage dry contact devices at the same time;

Support Windows configuration tools, SSH, Telnet and WEB and other configuration forms, and support SNMP network management;
