This 4-20mA to Ethernet IP converter supports various network protocols, including Modbus TCP, ARP, ICMP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP and other protocols; it supports WEB access methods. The interface design of the network management system is friendly, and the operation is simple and convenient, which can bring you a good user experience.


The hardware adopts fanless, low power consumption, and wide temperature and voltage design. It has passed strict tests in line with industry standards and can adapt to the industrial site environment with strict requirements for EMC. 4-20mA to Ethernet Converters can be widely used in PLC control and management, building automation, healthcare automation—systems, measuring instruments, environmental power monitoring systems, etc.


The 4-20mA to Ethernet Converter adopts an ARM processor and runs on the Linux-based OpenWrt operating system.

It supports 8 channels of 4-20mA/0-20mA analog current input or output.

It features signal fault protection and provides a comprehensive display of the operational status of the ethernet port.

The ethernet port is powered by an independent power module, completely isolating the ground loop between the bus and the device. It also employs optoelectronic isolation technology to isolate internal communication and bus data signals, effectively protecting the communication equipment from interference and damage caused by power ground loops and surges.

The ethernet port meets the IEC61000-4-5 standard for lightning protection, with a differential mode capability of 2KV at an impedance of 40Ω and a common mode capability of 2KV at an impedance of 40Ω.

It supports a 10/100base-T adaptive Ethernet port and features auto-negotiation (Auto-Nego Full & half duplex) and automatic cross-over detection (MDI/MDIX).

The analog signals are transparently converted to Modbus-TCP, allowing the analog data to be accessed over the network.

It supports communication across gateways and routers, with functions of virtual serial port driver access mode and automatic reconnection in case of network interruption.

It supports standard TCP/IP SOCKET application program access, TCP supports multiple connections, satisfying the simultaneous monitoring or management of serial devices by less than 4 users.

It supports various configuration methods such as Windows configuration tool, SSH, Telnet, and WEB, and also supports SNMP network management.

It supports local and remote firmware upgrades.

   ● It can be powered by a wide range of DC voltages from 9V to 55V or AC voltages from 7V to 50V. The power supply has automatic polarity detection, eliminating the need to distinguish between positive and negative terminals.
