Overview

The device is an industrial din-rail serial server with IP40 rating. It is a networking device that enables serial devices to immediately gain networking capabilities and allows for centralized management of distributed serial devices and hosts over a network. It supports 16 ports RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 to 2 ports 100Mbps Ethernet, meeting the dual IP and dual MAC address/multi-network management or network backup requirements, and can be mounted using a 35mm rail or wall-mounted method.

 

The serial port server supports various network protocols, such as TCP, UDP, ARP, ICMP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Telnet, SSH, MQTT, and has comprehensive management functions, including access control, quick configuration, online upgrade, etc. Each serial port supports up to 4 TCP or UDP session connections and supports multiple operation modes such as Modbus TCP, TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, UDP Client, and more. It also supports web-based access. In addition, the accompanying management configuration tool based on the Windows platform can achieve immediate networking of serial devices through simple settings. The network management system has a friendly interface design, easy operation, and can provide a good user experience.

 

The hardware adopts a fanless, low power consumption, wide temperature and voltage design, and has passed strict tests that comply with industry standards, making it suitable for industrial environments with rigorous EMC requirements. ● The device utilizes an ARM9 processor with a main frequency of 300MHz and runs on the Linux OS Openwrt system.

● It supports 2 ports 10/100M adaptive Ethernet and provides dual IP and dual MAC addresses to meet the requirements of multi-network management or network backup.
