This product adopts an industrial din-rail type. 8 GE electric ports+4 GE optical ports switch is a new generation of multi-service access network managed redundant Ethernet switch, with internal bypass protection function. It has high integration and rich functions. It has 8 GE electric ports and 4 GE optical ports, especially adapting to large flow occasions like video transmission.

 

It supports the layer-2 management protocols needed by perfect industrial switch application, supports ITU G.8032 redundant loop network protocol, and can be used in various network topologies structures like cascade mode, single ring, and tangent ring. The self-healing time is less than 20ms, to ensure a real-time and stable network. The switch adopts mature technical and open network standards, it adapts to environments of low and high temperature, high electromagnet interference, salt fog and shaking. It can meet the demands of the harsh environment in industrial sites, and provides a high-efficiency, reliable, and quick solution for industrial Internet of Things.

Features

Aluminum alloy shell, industrial din-rail design, great heat dissipation, anodizing process, IP40 protection grade, specially designed for the harsh industrial environment;

Provide 8 GE electric ports, 4 GE optical ports, and two of the 4 GE optical ports are bypass FC optical ports, two of that are SFP optical ports;

When the device is powered off, the two FC optical ports are pass-through ports. When the device is powered on, these two optical ports can be used as Gigabit optical Ethernet switching ports;

FC optical port 20/40/60/80/100/120km is optional;

Each electrical port or optical port supports the standard ERPS ring network protocol, and the self-healing time is less than 20ms;

Support port bandwidth limitation, port flow control, and broadcast storm suppression;

Support Web, CLI, and Telnet management functions;

Power off alarm, loop alarm;

Provide Console adjustment;
