Description :

This device uses inverse multiplexing technology to bundle multiple E1 circuits together for transmitting 4*10/100M Ethernet data, achieving mutual conversion between 4 E1 and 100BASE-TX.


This device uses inverse multiplexing technology to bundle multiple E1 circuits together for transmitting 4*10/100M Ethernet data, achieving mutual conversion between 4 E1 and 100BASE-TX, and interconnecting E1 channels with Ethernet. The Ethernet encapsulation uses GFP encapsulation and supports LCAS and LAPS.


It supports flexible configuration of 4 E1 (75/120 ohms) channels, automatically detects the number of E1s and selects available E1s, and allows for certain transmission delay differences between E1 circuits. The line rate of a single E1 is 1984Kbit/s, and the bandwidth of 4 channels can reach up to 7936Kbit/s.

The device enables transparent transmission of Ethernet data over 1-4 E1 circuits, with a total bandwidth of up to 7936Kbit/s.

It provides 4 10/100M Ethernet ports that support full/half duplex and is fully adaptive, supporting VLAN protocols and isolation to achieve independent communication.

Each Ethernet port supports AUTO-MDIX (automatic crossover detection and correction) for straight-through and crossover cables.

The 4 E1 circuits allow a maximum delay difference of 220ms between any two channels. If the delay difference exceeds this limit, a delay difference exceeding the limit alarm will be generated and the service will be interrupted.

The E1 interface conforms to ITU-T G.703, G.704, and G.823 standards and does not support the use of signaling time slots.

The device offers optional local timing and tracking E1 circuit timing modes, and the E1 circuit timing source can automatically switch based on signal quality, with the first E1 circuit as the default timing source.

It complies with ITU-T standard protocols, with GFP-F encapsulation recommended for G.7041, VCAT virtual concatenation and LCAS link capacity adjustment methods recommended for G.7042, Ethernet to nxE1 mapping recommended for G.7043, and Ethernet to single E1 mapping recommended for G.8040.

● When the transmission bandwidth increases, Ethernet data will not be damaged. When the transmission bandwidth decreases due to artificial reduction, Ethernet data can also be protected through network management.

The E1 branch connections at both ends can be connected without corresponding sequence numbers.

If a one-way fault occurs on a specific E1 branch, the other direction can still work.

The device provides automatic detection and disconnection of E1 signal loopback. The system will disconnect the channel when a loopback is detected on the E1 channel. After the loopback is removed, the E1 channel will automatically recover.

It provides comprehensive alarm indications and can be configured to display local/remote alarms.

The device supports local/remote E1 line-side loopback function for convenient E1 line testing.

It also supports local system resetting of the remote system.

The device provides a command for the remote interface loopback function to facilitate line maintenance.

It provides a console management interface for easy installation and commissioning (optional).
