4-20mA Analog to RS485 Modbus RTU Converter

The device can collect 4-channel analog input signals, including 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V. The acquired analog signals are outputted through an isolated RS485 interface. The isolated RS485 interface ensures the mutual isolation of signal acquisition and RS485 communication electrical signals, effectively suppressing various common-mode and differential-mode interferences, ensuring data accuracy, and guaranteeing the reliable operation of the module.

● The device supports the standard Modbus RTU protocol.

● The analog input supports 12-bit resolution output with 2‰ accuracy and can accommodate 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire sensor connections.

● It can collect 4 types of analog input signals: 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V.

● Modbus address, baud rate, restore default parameters, and query parameters can be set and modified, with power-off memory. It also has a reset button for a one-button factory reset.

● The parity/stop bits can be set, and communication is running indicator lights and blinking to indicate communication status. A separate light indicates analog input.

● It features dual watchdogs for non-stop operation.

● There is a PC-side testing software for convenient debugging, parameter configuration, and modification.

● The RS485 interface has a 6kV lightning protection capability and 2.5KV optoelectronic isolation.

● The RS485 interface has three-level lightning protection, meeting GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) standard for short-circuit current wave 10/700μs and open-circuit peak output voltage 6KV. It has an internal resistance of 40 ohms.

● It supports a wide range of 9-50V AC and DC power inputs, and the power interface has a 6kV lightning protection capability.

● The power supply has overload and reverse connection protection, meeting industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

●With a strong lightning protection function, it can withstand lightning strikes, induced high voltage, and surges. It has efficient heat dissipation without a fan, reducing repair time.

● It is easy to install, with options for mounting on standard C45 (35mm) universal rails or screw-mounted.

● It is a wide temperature range device, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. It has passed 100% burn-in testing.
