● The device provides a full-speed USB device interface, compatible with USB v2.0.

● It emulates a standard serial port, allowing for the upgrade of existing peripheral devices or the addition of extra serial ports via USB.

● It ensures complete compatibility with serial port applications on Windows operating systems, without the need for any modifications.

● It incorporates hardware with fully integrated transmit and receive buffers, supporting communication baud rates ranging from 50bps to 2Mbps.

● It utilizes shielded twisted pair cables with a minimum cross-sectional area of 0.5mm copper, allowing for communication distances of up to 3000 meters (4800bps), 2000 meters (9600bps), or 1000 meters (115.2Kbps).

● It supports a minimum of 128 network nodes, with the maximum number of nodes determined by the RS485 input impedance of each station.

● It features three LED indicators: Power (red), Serial Data Receive (orange), and Serial Data Transmit (green), providing convenient status monitoring.

● It has a gold-plated USB port and is powered via USB, with a working current of less than 30mA. The USB interface offers protection against electrostatic discharge of up to ±15kV (air) and ±8kV (contact), as well as EFT protection of up to 40A (5/50ns) and lightning protection of up to 5A (8/20us).

● The RS485 interface is equipped with three-level lightning protection, meeting the GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) standard. It can withstand a short-circuit current waveform of 10/700μs and an open-circuit peak output voltage of 6KV, with an internal resistance of 40Ω (instantaneous protection power >900,000W).

● The device also includes a 5V power output terminal (with 0.5A PTC protection) that activates to protect the device when operating above 0.7A.

● Operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.

● It has passed 100% burn-in testing.
