16-Port 12G-SDI to Fiber Converter

The 12G HD-SDI to fiber converter employs digital encoding technology to achieve long-distance bidirectional transmission of 16 channels of 12Gbps HD-SDI video signals through a single-mode optical fiber. The maximum distortion-free and non-relay transmission distance is 80 kilometers. The signal format of the device complies with SMPTE ST 2082-1 (12G UHD-SDI), ST 2081-1 (6G UHD-SDI), SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 297M, SMPTE 305M, and SMPTB3 10M standards.

● The device is fully aluminum alloy anodized and designed in a 19-inch 1U rack-mounted style.

● The device is intended for paired use, with video signal input at one end and video signal output at the other end.

● Various types are available, including ordinary desktop and centralized card-insertion rack.

● It supports 12G-SDI/6G-SDI/3G-SDI/HD-SDI/SDI/ASI.

● The maximum transmission distance is up to 80 kilometers.

● Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with LED indicators showing the status of SDI signal input.

● The video interface provides three-level lightning protection, capable of passing the ITU-T K.21 (10/700 μS) test with a common mode of 6KV and impedance (40 Ω).

● It is powered by AC220, and also compatible with DC-48V/+24V power supply.
