Overview

This device adopts an industrial rail-mounted design. It is a new generation, multi-service access, gigabit redundant Ethernet switch with high integration, rich functionality, and simplicity. It features 16 gigabit Ethernet ports, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with heavy data flow, such as video transmission. It supports a wide range of Layer 2 management protocols required for industrial switches. It incorporates the ITU G.8032 redundant ring protocol for Ethernet ports, forming cascaded networks with single rings and intersecting rings. The network has a self-recovery time of less than 20ms, ensuring real-time performance and stability.

 

The switch uses mature technology and open network standards, making it adaptable to low and high temperatures, highly resistant to electromagnetic interference, and capable of withstanding salt fog, shocks, and vibrations. It meets the demanding working environment requirements of industrial sites, providing efficient, reliable, and fast solutions for the industrial Internet of Things (IoT).

Features

The switch features a full aluminum alloy housing with excellent heat dissipation characteristics and a gold oxide process, providing an IP40 protection rating.

It is designed with an aluminum alloy industrial rail-mounted design specifically for harsh industrial environments.

It supports 16 gigabit Ethernet ports.

Each ethernet port supports the standard ERPS ring protocol with a self-recovery time of less than 20ms.

It supports port bandwidth limitation, port traffic control, and broadcast storm suppression.

It supports Web, CLI, and Telnet management.

It provides power failure and ring loop alarms, as well as console debugging.

It can support POE (POE+) devices.

Management features include:

  Support for ingress/egress-based port rate limiting, half-duplex backpressure flow control, and 802.3X full-duplex flow control.

  Support for storm suppression based on broadcast, multicast, and unknown unicast.

  Support for port mirroring, Syslog, and Ping commands.

  Support for COS, DSCP, 8 queues, and WRR, SP, WFQ scheduling modes for policy-based QoS.

  Support for STP/RSTP, MSTP, EAPS, and ERPS.

  Support for IGMP Snooping V1/V2/V3 and GMRP.

  Support for manual aggregation and static/dynamic LACP protocol.

  Support for relay alarm, RMON management, and TRAP alarms.

  Support for DHCP Snooping, Option 82, and 802.1X.

  Support for user-level management and ACL access control lists.

It supports DDOS and port-based MAC filtering/binding.

The Ethernet interfaces are protected against lightning, meeting the GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) short-circuit current wave of 10/700μs and the open-circuit peak output voltage of 6KV standard.

It supports a wide range of AC/DC input (9V-48V), internal isolation, redundant dual power input, and features overload protection and reverse connection protection.

It complies with the industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

It has strong lightning protection capabilities, able to withstand lightning strikes, high voltage induction, and surge protection, and features fanless efficient heat dissipation, reducing repair time.

It has an IP40 rating for the housing, can withstand harsh environmental conditions, and supports rail or wall-mounted installation.
