Description :

The switch provides 2 Gigabit SFP optic ports, 4 Fast Ethernet ports, and 4 RS232/422/485 serial ports.


This switch adopts an industrial redundant ring network design, where each device has two fiber optic ports to form a ring network. The network topology is established through a cascading method called “hand in hand,” creating a circular structure. The industrial redundant ring network (FC-Ring) design aims to achieve stability, reliability, and real-time data transmission in harsh environments.


Its working principle involves forming a physical loop connection, where the network signal forms a chain-like structure during operation. In the event of a cable break at any point in the transmission, the equipment automatically switches to the backup line for transmission within an extremely short time. The redundant ring network structure reduces data signal transmission risks, simplifies engineering installation, and lowers project costs.


It provides 2 Gigabit SFP optic ports, 4 Fast Ethernet ports, and 4 RS232/422/485 serial ports. The 4 serial ports are designed independently, with each port having a master-slave configuration. One port serves as the master control node, while the others act as slave nodes.


The device features a built-in lithium battery with battery protection and charging functions. When the device experiences a power outage, the lithium battery can provide over 5 hours of power supply, ensuring the regular operation of the fiber optic line (optional).

It is designed with an industrial rail-mountable design specifically tailored for harsh industrial environments.

It provides two fiber optic paths and automatically switches in case of a line failure, ensuring uninterrupted communication.

It incorporates a power-off restart function for the device in the event of a system crash.

It supports various fiber optic network structures, including point-to-point, star, chain, and redundant ring networks. It can also be combined to form more complex network topologies.

The device offers 4 Fast Ethernet ports and 2 Gigabit SFP optic ports, providing a total transmission bandwidth of 1000 Mbps at line speed.

The switch is equipped with 1Mbit MP-SSRAM high-speed memory, designed to be non-blocking, with a maximum backplane bandwidth of 32 Gbps.

It is based on FPGA+ARM design, enabling fast self-healing ring establishment time and supporting “FC-Ring” redundant ring network (self-healing time <20 ms).

It supports the transmission of VLAN jumbo frames and can be used in conjunction with switch products that support the IEEE 802.1Q protocol. It supports Ethernet frames with a maximum of 10K bytes.

It includes features such as broadcast storm protection, traffic balancing, conflict isolation, and error detection.

The 10/100 Mbps ethernet interface is adaptive, and the ethernet port supports MDI/MDI-X auto-adaptation without manual adjustment.

Both the Ethernet interface and serial data interface are equipped with lightning protection, meeting GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) standards for short-circuit current wave of 8/20 μs and peak open-circuit voltage output of 6KV.

It provides 4 RS232/485/422 interfaces, with three options for data interfaces. RS232 supports 3-wire RS232 (TXD, RXD, GND).

The RS232/485/422 channels can transmit asynchronous serial data at baud rates ranging from 0 to 115200.

The device is equipped with a Console (CLI) network management and web management platform, enabling online software upgrades. The host can manage the operational status of each slave device.

It supports a wide range of AC/DC inputs (9V-48V) with internal isolation. Redundant dual power input supports overload protection and reverse connection protection.

It complies with industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

It features excellent lightning protection, capable of withstanding lightning strikes, high voltage induction, surge protection, and fanless efficient heat dissipation, reducing repair time.

It has an anodized aluminum alloy housing, IP40 protection rating, is capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions, and offers rail-mountable or wall-mountable installation options.
