This product adopts an industrial redundant ring network design, where each device has two fiber optic ports to form a ring network. The ring network topology is created through a daisy-chain connection, ensuring stability, reliability, and real-time data transmission in harsh environments.


The working principle of the industrial redundant ring network is based on a physical looped structure. During operation, the network signal forms a chain structure. If a node in the transmission fiber optic cable is disconnected, the device automatically switches to the backup line for transmission in an extremely short time. The redundant ring network structure reduces data signal transmission risks and simplifies engineering installation, thereby lowering project costs.


This product provides 2 Gigabit SFP ports, 4 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, and 4 independent serial ports supporting RS232/422/485. The 4 serial ports are designed independently, with one port serving as the master control node and the others as slave nodes.


The device is equipped with a built-in lithium battery and supports battery protection and charging functions. The lithium battery can provide more than 2-3 hours of power supply in case of a power outage, ensuring the normal operation of the fiber optic network (this feature is optional).

It features an industrial DIN-rail design specifically tailored for harsh industrial environments.

It provides 2 fiber optic pathways that automatically switch in case of line failure, ensuring uninterrupted communication.

It can automatically cut off power and restart the entire system in case of a failure.

It supports various fiber optic network structures, including point-to-point, star, chain, and redundant ring. It can be combined to form more complex network topologies.

The device provides 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 Gigabit optical interfaces, offering a total transmission bandwidth of 1000 Mbps.

It has built-in 1 Mbit MP-SSRAM high-speed memory, a non-blocking design, and a maximum backplane bandwidth of 32 Gbit/s.

Based on the FPGA+ARM design, the device ensures fast self-recovery loop establishment time, supporting a redundant ring network with a self-recovery time of less than 20 ms.

It supports the transmission of VLAN jumbo frames and can be used with switches supporting the IEEE802.1Q protocol. It can handle Ethernet packets with a maximum size of 10K bytes.

It includes functions such as broadcast storm protection, flow balancing, conflict isolation, and error detection.

It supports 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-negotiation and MDI/MDI-X auto-adaptation on electrical ports with no manual adjustments required.

The Ethernet interfaces and serial data interfaces are equipped with lightning protection according to GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) standards, with a short-circuit current wave of 8/20 μs and an open-circuit peak output voltage of 6 KV.

The device offers 4 optional RS232/485/422 interfaces, with RS232 supporting 3-wire RS232 (TXD, RXD, GND).

The RS232/485/422 ports can transmit asynchronous serial data at baud rates ranging from 0 to 115200.

The device comes with Console (CLI) network management and a web-based management platform for online software upgrades. The host can manage the operational status of each slave device.

It supports a wide range of DC and AC input (9V-48V) with internal isolation. The redundant dual power inputs offer overload protection and reverse connection protection.

It complies with industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

It features strong lightning protection, with resistance against lightning strikes, high voltage induction, surge protection, and efficient fanless cooling to reduce downtime.

The device has an anodized aluminum alloy enclosure with an IP40 protection rating, capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions. It can be mounted on a DIN rail or wall-mounted.

It operates in wide temperature ranges, from -40°C to +85°C.
