Description :

The FCT-1500 is a rugged 1–4 port RS232/RS422/RS485 serial device server with two Fast Ethernet ports and one SFP fiber port for cascading and long-distance industrial networking.

Overview

The FCT-1500 Series is a high-reliability industrial serial device server designed to connect legacy serial equipment to Ethernet in minutes. It supports 1–4 RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 ports, two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports and one 100 Mbps SFP fiber port in a switched architecture, allowing distributed serial devices to be centrally managed across copper or long-distance fiber networks.

Its fanless IP40 aluminum enclosure supports 35 mm DIN-rail and wall mounting. Every serial port supports up to four TCP/UDP sessions, Modbus RTU-to-TCP conversion, MQTT transparent transmission, virtual COM access, WEB management, SNMP and Windows configuration tools with remote firmware upgrades.

Rugged industrial protection: dual redundant 9–70 VDC inputs, reverse-polarity and overload protection, 2.5 kV serial isolation, 6 kV surge protection and 8/15 kV ESD protection support reliable operation from -40°C to +85°C.
