Description :

The switch provides 2 Gigabit SFP optical ports, 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and 4 RS232/422/485 independent serial ports.


This switch adopts an industrial redundant ring network design, where each device has two fiber ports used to form a ring network. The ring network is created through a cascade connection, forming a circular network topology. The industrial redundant ring (FC-Ring) design aims to ensure stability, reliability, and real-time data transmission in harsh environments.


The working principle involves creating a physical ring structure through the fiber connections. During operation, the network signal forms a chain-like structure. If there is a break in the transmission cable at any point, the device automatically switches to the backup line for transmission within an extremely short time. The redundant ring network structure not only reduces the risk of data signal transmission but also simplifies engineering installation and reduces project costs.


It provides 2 Gigabit SFP optical ports, 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and 4 RS232/422/485 independent serial ports. The 4 serial ports are designed as independent units, with one port serving as the master control node and the others as slave nodes.



The switch features a built-in lithium battery, which provides power protection and charging functionality. In the event of a power outage, the lithium battery can supply power for 2-3 hours or more, ensuring the normal operation of the ring network fiber optic lines (optional).

It is designed with an industrial rail-mounted design, specifically tailored for demanding industrial environments.

It offers two fiber optic paths and supports automatic switching in case of line failure, ensuring uninterrupted communication.

The device incorporates a power-off reset function for it to automatically restart in the event of a system failure.

It supports various fiber network structures, including point-to-point, star, chain, and redundant ring networks. It can also be combined to form more complex network topologies.

The switch provides 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 Gigabit SFP optical ports, with a total transmission bandwidth of up to 1000 Mbps.

The built-in switch features 1 Mbit MP-SSRAM high-speed memory, ensuring non-blocking performance with a maximum backplane bandwidth of 32 GBit/s.

Based on the FPGA+ARM design, it greatly reduces the self-recovery loop establishment time, supporting the “FC-Ring” redundant ring network with a self-recovery time of less than 20 ms.

It supports the transmission of VLAN jumbo frames and can be used in conjunction with switch products supporting the IEEE 802.1Q protocol, with support for Ethernet packets up to 10K bytes.

It includes features such as broadcast storm protection, flow balancing, collision isolation, and error detection.

The 10/100/1000Mbps ethernet interfaces are auto-adaptive, eliminating the need for manual adjustment with MDI/MDI-X auto-adaptation for Ethernet ports.

Both the Ethernet interfaces and serial data interfaces are equipped with lightning protection, meeting the standards of GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) for short-circuit current wave of 8/20μs and open-circuit peak output voltage of 6KV.

It offers 4 RS232/485/422 interfaces, providing three options for data interfaces, with RS232 supporting 3-wire RS232 (TXD/RXD/GND).

The RS232/485/422 channels support asynchronous serial data transmission with baud rates ranging from 0 to 115,200.

The device is equipped with Console (CLI) network management and a web-based management platform for online software upgrades. The host can manage the operational status of each slave device.

It supports a wide range of DC and AC inputs (9V-48V) with internal isolation, redundant dual power inputs, and protection against overload and reverse connection.

It complies with industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility requirements.

It provides strong lightning protection, resistance to high voltage induction, surge protection, fanless and efficient heat dissipation, and reduced repair time.

The device features an anodized aluminum alloy housing, IP40 protection rating, capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions, and supports rail or wall mounting.
