This device features an industrial-grade design with large-scale FPGA architecture and provides one serial port, with each port simultaneously supporting RS232/422/485 three types of interfaces. The device is the best choice for connecting remote terminal units (RTUs) to hosts or distributed data acquisition systems (SCADA) controllers, with high cost-effectiveness. The effective communication distance can reach up to 0-120KM, and the communication rate of the serial port can reach up to 0-500KBPS.

Features

It provides one serial port, with each port simultaneously supporting RS232/422/485 three types of serial interfaces (interface types can be set via DIP switches), making it easy to enable business on-site.

It can automatically detect and control RS-485 data flow without the need for handshake signals to control data flow direction.

It has the ability to automatically detect the serial port signal baud rate.

The serial channel can transmit asynchronous serial data with adaptive baud rates from 300-500Kbps.

The serial port interface has lightning protection up to IEC61000-4-5 (10/700μS) standard: differential mode: 6KV impedance (2Ω); common mode: 6KV, impedance (2Ω).

When dual DC power supply:

    ♦ It can be powered by DC9-55V or AC7-50V wide-range power supply. The power supply has the function of polarity automatic detection, and there is no need to distinguish between positive and negative poles during installation;

    ♦ It supports internal isolation, redundant dual power inputs, and reverse connection protection.

When AC power supply:

   ♦ It supports AC~85-265V AC, or DC110-300V DC wide-range input.
